Designed to establish a new benchmark of contemporary living in the serene suburb of Doncaster, these sophisticated residences are masterfully curated within natural surrounds. The design and print collateral was intended to capture a younger yet independent market with downsizers in mind through the use of vibrant and striking colours and illustrations. Direction was given in terms of lifestyle to capture and harness the project's unrivalled parkside location.

Doncaster is well-regarded for its lush expanses and close-knit community feel and as such, provided us with an exciting opportunity to experiment with earthy colours and illustrations that cater to a family-orientated demographic.
